Hearing: The applicant wants to enclose an existing porch for additional living space16 ft. from the rear property line in lieu of 30 ft. There is a 10 ft. utility easement along the rear property line and an existing wood fence on the rear and side property lines. Staff did receive a letter of approval from the homeowners association. In addition, the applicant submitted four (4) of support from the surrounding property owner?s. Eleven other variances similar in nature have been granted within this subdivision.

There was no opposition present at the public hearing.
