Request: Variance in R-1A (single family-7,500 sq. ft. lots) zone to construct a single family residence on a substandard lot as follows: 1) 50 ft. lot width in lieu of 75 ft.; 2) 6,000 sq. ft. of lot area in lieu of 7,500 sq. ft.; 3) 6 ft. from side property lines (east and west) in lieu of 7.5 ft.; and 4) 28 ft. from rear property line (south) in lieu of 30 ft.

Decision: Approved

Hearing: Because of the similarity with the character of many of the homes in the area, the Board¿s approval of similar variance in the past, and the fact that it would add to the aesthetics of the neighborhood, Staff recommended approval of this request. There was no one present to object to or support this request. The Board unanimously approved this request.
