Hearing: The applicant wants to construct a 2000 sq. ft. storage building in his front yard. He already has approximately 1764 sq. ft. of accessory building use on-site. The code limits the total amount of square footage to 2000 sq. ft. The BZA felt the accessory building should be designed in a manner that blended with the residential homes in the area. They imposed conditions to meet that intent. The adjacent neighbor to the north was in opposition to the request.
