Request: Variance in the P-D zoning district to permit a sunroom and building addition (closet) 38 ft. from the rear property line in lieu of 50 ft. (Note: The Hunters Creek PD requires that all lots backing up to the SR 417 to have a 50 ft. building setback. Otherwise, the normal rear setback for a lot in this community is 25 ft.)

Hearing: Staff gave a brief presentation on the case, and showed the location of the addition in relation to SR 417. The applicant is trying to resolve the code violation issued by the Code Enforcement Division. The applicant agreed with the staff recommendation. Staff received no commentaries favor of or against the application. There was no opposition at the hearing.
