Action: A. LIBRARIES

ACTION: (T-1:19 PM) County Administrator Monica Cepero thanked Mayor Rich for recognizing Library Division Director Allison Grubbs and the work of the libraries, concurring that it begins with the policy setting and direction of the Board. In addition, County Administrator Monica Cepero recognized African American Research Library and Cultural Center Regional Manager Dr. Tameka Bradley Hobbs in being named one of Library Journal’s 2024 Movers and Shakers, which is presented to library professionals who present a range of innovative, proactive and supportive people who are imaginative, kind and brave in a world that needs those qualities.
