Hearing: "The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages____. The applicant owns 16.5 acres of land. He wants to place 2 additional dwelling units on the property for his two (2) sons. He wants his sons to be located in closer proximity to his mother. The applicant submitted a letter from his mother's doctor attesting to her medical condition. Each lot will be a minimum of 5 acres. Staff advised the BZA the request complies with the requirements of the Family Lot Provision and the proposed lot sizes were compatible with the lots sizes in the immediate area. The BZA agreed with the staff recommendation. There was no opposition at the hearing."
