He wants his sons to be located in closer proximity to his mother. The applicant submitted a letter from his mother's doctor attesting to her medical condition. Each lot will be a minimum of 5 acres. Staff advised the BZA the request complies with the requirements of the Family Lot Provision and the proposed lot sizes were compatible with the lots sizes in the immediate area. The BZA agreed with the staff recommendation. There was no opposition at the hearing."
