Hearing: "Staff explained the rational behind the recommendation for denial. This included the fact that the treehouse actually encroaches .8 ft. into the neighbors property. Staff concluded by noting that it had received 20 correspondence, including two (2) letters of support submitted with the application, two (2) correspondence in opposition, six (6) correspondence from neighboring property owners in support, and 10 correspondence in support from people outside of the neighborhood.
