Hearing: SYNOPSIS: Staff described the proposal, including the location of the property, the site plan, and photos of the site. Staff provided an analysis of the six (6) criteria and the reasons for a recommendation for approval. Staff noted that eight (8) comments were received in support, and no comments were received in opposition to the request. The applicant was present and agreed with staff presentation, noting the hours of operation will remain the same. There was no one in attendance to speak in favor or in opposition to the request. The BZA unanimously recommended approval of the Variance by a 5-0 vote, with two absent, subject to the three (3) conditions found in the staff report.
