Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages____ The applicant spoke before the BZA and agreed with Staff¿s recommendations. Because of the lot¿s 8.4-acre size, the adjacent Professional-Office zoned lots, and its location on a minor arterial road (Curry Ford Road), staff recommended approval of this request. There was no opposition at the hearing.
