Hearing: "The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages_____ The applicant did not agree with Staff¿s analysis that the site was too small for the proposed use, or that the landscaping planted within the proposed drain trench would create any problems. Further, staff had concerns about insufficient parking on the property and how that would create potential parking in the right-of-way of the adjacent homes. There was no one present to object to or support this request. The Board agreed with Staff, and concluded the proposed private club use had much greater impacts to nearby homes than typical office uses."
