The school will consist of four (4) portable units that will be located behind the existing sanctuary The subject site is located inside a single-family residential subdivision. The surrounding land uses are single family and multi-family residential. The BZA denied the request finding that the increase in traffic through a residential neighborhood, the width of the road, and safety concerns causes a compatibility concern adjacent to the single-family uses. Eight commentaries were received in opposition to this request from surrounding property owners.
