Staff provided an analysis of the six (6) criteria and the reasons for a recommendation for approval. Staff noted that no comments were received in support or in opposition. The applicant chose not to speak. There was no one in attendance to speak in opposition to the request. The BZA noted that the site could not be developed without a Variance, discussed the rationale for the request and unanimously recommended approval of the Variance by a 5-0 vote, with one absent and one vacant, subject to the three (3) conditions in the staff report.
