Hearing: SYNOPSIS: Staff described the proposal, including the location of the property, the site plan, and photos of the site. Staff provided an analysis of the six (6) criteria and the reasons for a recommendation for approval. Staff noted that no comments were received in support, and no comments were received in opposition. The applicant confirmed that the shed was on the property prior to purchase and that nothing is being stored on the property. The BZA discussed the permit that was applied for, and confirmed that the shed was on the property before the applicant purchased the property, and discussed the cleanup of the property. A person spoke in favor of the request and confirmed that the shed was on the property before the applicant purchased it. The BZA discussed the variances and stated justification for the six (6) criteria and unanimously recommended approval of the variances by a 6-0 vote, with one absent, subject to the six (6) conditions found in the staff report.
