Hearing: SYNOPSIS: Staff described the proposal, including the location of the property, the site plan, building plans, and photos of the site. Staff provided an analysis of the six (6) criteria and the reasons for a recommendation for denial. Staff noted that no comments were received in support of the request and one comment was received in opposition. The applicant generally agreed with the Staff recommendation and discussed the need for the Variance. There was one in attendance to speak in favor of the request and no one in attendance to speak in opposition to the request. The BZA unanimously recommended approval of the Variance by a 7-0 vote, subject to the four (4) conditions in the staff report.
