Hearing: The property is located in a small residential enclave consisting of five lots lying between Lake Conway and a drainage canal. Both variances were determined minimal in nature, and based on the nature and character or the area, it was determined the improvements would not cause a visual impact. Neighbors wrote letters in favor of the request. There was no opposition.
