The applicant replaced the fence which was in disrepair with new PVC fencing. The work was performed without a building permit. This is the result of code enforcement action).

The BZA observed the fence looked pleasing and blocked the view of a D.O.T. ditch. Staff received 2 commentaries in favor of the application and none in opposition. There was no opposition at the hearing. The BZA approved the variance.
