Hearing: The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Pages____ Applicant is proposing to convert an existing single-family residence to a beauty salon. It was brought to the applicant's attention at the time of permit submittal that a special exception approval was required for the use being requested. Applicant was advised that the site plan did require modification to accommodate the parking spaces requested since the County Code requires all turning movements to be interior to the site. Applicant agreed that the site plan can be modified to accommodate the revised parking to meet code requirements. There was no opposition at the public hearing.
