Hearing: The applicant proposes an 11' x 13' room addition onto the back of the house. This is a small addition, and the variance is relatively minor (7 ft.). Further, the rear yard abuts Cady Way, versus another residential lot. Several commentaries were received in favor of this request. There was no opposition. There are two old metal sheds on the property that violate zoning setbacks and encroach into utility easements. The applicant agreed to the condition addressing this issue.
