Hearing: The applicant owns three (3) fifty-foot wide lots. He wants to build a house on each lot. Staff presented a map that showed numerous 50 ft. wide lots in the area. Staff concluded the request was consistent with the development trend in the area. The BZA agreed. There was no opposition at the hearing.
