Request: Variances in R-1A (single family-7,500 sq. ft. lots) zone to create three (3) sub-standard lots as follows: 1) 6,250 sq. ft. of lot area in lieu on 7,500 sq. ft.; 2) 50 ft. of lot width in lieu of 75 ft.; 3) To allow existing single family residence to remain 3.7 ft. from side property line in lieu of 7.5 ft.

Hearing: The applicant owns three (3) fifty-foot wide lots. He wants to build a house on each lot. Staff presented a map that showed numerous 50 ft. wide lots in the area. Staff concluded the request was consistent with the development trend in the area. The BZA agreed. There was no opposition at the hearing.
