Staff gave its analysis. The area is characterized as single family in nature. There are homes to the south east and west. The properties to the north are designated for single family use. County Staff and the City of Ocoee are not in support of this use at this location. There were five (5) residents present who were opposed to this request. Staff received 19 commentaries from property owners opposed to this request. The BZA felt the rerquest was not compatible with the surrounding uses.
