Hearing: The applicant wants to construct an addition to the side of his home and detached accessory buildings that exceed the cumulative square footage permitted for the designated zoning district to remain. The applicant stated that the accessory buildings were existing prior to him purchasing the property in 2000. There is substantial vegetation and heavily wooded with mature oak trees buffering and minimizing any visual impact on the neighboring residences. Letters in favor from nearby property owners were received. There was no opposition.
