Hearing: The applicant wants to demolish the existing strip center and construct a pharmacy building. They need a variance from the landscaping requirements and the open space requirements. The BZA felt it was important to establish a trend of reduced signage along the S.R. 436 corridor. The applicant agreed with the conditions of approval but requested the ability to erect a lower profile pylon sign. The BZA allowed some signage flexibility. There was no opposition.
