Request: Variance and Special Exception in P-D zone as follows: 1. Variance: attach encased communication antennas (encasement 7'9 1/4" in height) on top of existing 90'6" tall utility pole (total resulting height: 98'3 1/4") within public road right-of-way; 2. Special Exception: erect ancillary utility maintenance building (Note: proposed utility building will be approximately 100 sq. ft. in size, located 70 ft. behind the utility pole, and surrounded by a decorative masonry wall.

Decision: Approved

Hearing: The staff report and recommendation is located on the following pages. The BZA felt the proposal was a good alternative to new tower construction. There was no opposition to this request.
