The applicant noted that they are providing a rear setback 7 times greater than is required by code and they will add more landscaping along the rear property line. The applicant also re-iterated that if they had 0.03-acre more, then they would be allowed to have a 2,000 sq. ft. accessory structure. The BZA confirmed that the existing small shed would be removed. Staff received no commentaries in favor of the application and 1 in opposition. There was no opposition at the hearing.
