Hearing: "The Staff Report and Recommendation is located on Page____. The applicant is proposing rental units and condominium units on 4 separate parcels within the Signature Lakes P-D. On February 12, 2003, the DRC approved the design guidelines for this request. The request complies with the conditions of the Signature Lakes Land Use Plan. The applicant gave an overview of the project. He briefly described how the project met the design guidelines of the Village Code and the conditions of the Signature Lakes P-D. Staff informed the BZA this application was much easier to review and design because there is only one developer and this time. Whereas in the past, the P-D's was controlled by different developers and that caused inconsistency in the design of each parcel. The BZA had no objections to the request. There was no opposition."
