Hearing: The applicant wants to construct a single family residence and a detached accessory building on the property. The detached structure would be used as a garage and a playroom. Staff concluded the request was reasonable since the most affected property owner to the west was in favor of the request. The BZA had concerns relative to the privacy rights of the neighbor to the rear and the future use of the detached building. They amended the conditions to address these issues. There was no opposition at the hearing.
