Hearing: This request is for an 8' x 18' screened room addition onto the rear of the house, located in River's Pointe subdivision. The variance requested is very minimal (only three feet). The rear yard abuts two other back yards within the subdivision. Most of the addition will abut the back yard of an owner who had also received a variance (five foot variance) for a screened room addition. There was no opposition to this request. The BZA added the condition regarding nonpermanent enclosure to ensure no future violation would occur.
