However, the property is located in a small residential subdivision surrounded by industrial uses. The BZA had concerns about the proposed use of the structure. The applicant indicated the applicant indicated for the record he would be working on his own vehicles only. The BZA felt the size was excessive. They reduced the size to be more comparable to the size of his home. There was no opposition at the hearing.
